Peptide Vendors on Reddit: How to Read the Threads

Many researchers search Reddit before choosing a peptide vendor. The threads are useful for spotting problems early, but they mix real experience with affiliate posts and rumours. Here is how to read them.
What Reddit is good for
- Early warnings: several unrelated users reporting the same shipping or support problem in the same week.
- Community testing: some groups pool money to send vials to independent labs and post the reports. A linked lab report is worth more than any opinion.
- Policy in practice: how a vendor actually handled a lost parcel or a reship.
What to be careful with
- Coupon codes in every comment. A post that ends with a discount code is usually an affiliate post.
- New accounts praising one vendor. Check the account's age and history.
- Purity claims without a report. "Tested fine" means nothing without the lab, lot and date.
- Old threads. Vendors change suppliers and policies; a two-year-old thread may describe a different company.
Turn a thread into a check
- Note the claim (price, shipping time, test result).
- Find the source: the vendor page or the lab report.
- Check the date and the lot number.
- Compare with our scores, which are built from sourced, dated facts.
